EVENT / FACILITY USE REQUEST

Please fill out the below form to request use of First Presbyterian Church facilities.

  • Allow at least 2 weeks for staff review. Staff meets on Mondays to review new requests.

  • Fees for use will be determined by type of use and group.

  • The use of alcohol at any event must have FPC Session approval at least 30 days prior to the event. FPC Session meets the 4th week of each month.
