Jenn Underwood

Jenn hails from Babson Park, FL, but has called many places in the US home. After studying English Literature and Christian Education at Taylor University in Indiana, and then teaching high school freshmen for a year, she received two masters’ degrees at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and Asbury Theological Seminary, respectively.

Her experience with various youth groups and college groups over the years have prepared her well to serve as the INN Director at FPC this year. She’s passionate about sharing God’s truth with the people around her, and looks with enthusiasm toward engaging with the students and staff alike!

Jenn’s eagerness to connect on a deep level and to share the joys of life with others is contagious. An outdoor enthusiast and avid reader, she’s up for anything from an adventure in the mountains or at the zoo, to a relaxing afternoon over a cup of coffee. Hobbies include (but not limited to): repurposing old furniture, mixing a mean margarita, spelunking, world traveling, camping, hiking, anything remotely related to Bon Jovi, baseball, and word games.

She’s stoked to be explore Bellingham and surrounding areas (perhaps by kayak), and can’t wait to get started at the INN!
