Amy Stuart

Amy graduated from high school in Omak, WA.  She attended the University of Washington and met her husband Jason there through Intervarsity Fellowship. They were married in Decemer of 1995.  Jason and Amy then moved to Bellingham where Amy finished her degree in Elementary Education from WWU.  After graduating in 1998, Amy taught first grade for five years.

It was while in the third grade that Amy started playing the piano.  When her family moved to the small town of Omak during her high school years, the church needed an organist. Amy stepped in and gradually learned how to play the organ.  While at UW, she took organ lessons and had the opportunity to play a wide variety of organs on the campus and around Seattle.  She has been the organist at FPC since 1999.

With two sons (Gavin age three and Liam age seven months), Amy is busy now as a full-time mom and wife using her spare time to do scrapbooking, reading, and being outside gardening or hiking.
