Linda Kolody

Since she first arrived as a toddler, Linda has been an active part of FPC most of her life. Some people have had tough experiences in church, but Linda will testify the FPC has always demonstrated God's grace and love to her. A few ways she has served at FPC since adulthood include: choir, Sunday School, treasurer, youth group, Deacon, INN apprentice group leader. As a staff member, Linda leads the New Connections Committee, Alpha program, and edits the prayer vine. Her passion is to bring people into Christ-centered community, especially through small groups.

Linda graduated from Western Washington University when it was still a college, with a degree in accounting. Besides Bellingham, she has lived in Spokane, Mexico City, Houston, and Philadelphia. Phil and Linda have been married for over 25 years. A favorite event is their annual family get-together in Whistler with their son, Phil's two daughters and sons-in-law, and their five grandkids. Reading, walking, and eating out with friends. Her newest entertainments are learning beadwork and golf (not at the same time).
