This series is focused on the history of the complex, sometimes tragic and always intriguing encounter between Jewish people and the central figure of Christian faith in the modern era.

Long time resident Alan Shore holds a Ph.D. in Modern Jewish History and Culture with an emphasis on Yiddish language and literature from the Center for Jewish Studies at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California.

There is no cost to attend this series. Attend one, attend them all. Each week is a standalone class. Everyone is invited!
